“I can wholeheartedly recommend this workshop for anyone who wants a deeper insight into how it feels to be mentally unwell, and how to help those who are affected by mental illness. I have worked as a professional in the field for over five years, and found that I learned a great deal. The presenter was excellent, and congruent, having been a consumer herself”.
